Hours of Work: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Base: Field-based with HQ visits and offsite meetings
About the Role
We are seeking a confident, sales-focused individual with a charismatic and proactive attitude to join our Gym team representing Glanbia Performance Nutrition, a major player in sports nutrition with sales in over 200 countries. This is an opportunity to promote iconic brands such as Optimum Nutrition, BSN, and Nutramino.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in a gym, sales, retail, or brand ambassador role within FMCG/Consumer goods is preferred.
* Energy, drive, reliability, and passion for delivering excellent service.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of gym culture and habits across UK gyms.
* Organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to identify potential within the sector.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all management levels.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
2. Engage with customers about sports performance and supplementation.
3. Enhance Glanbia Performance Nutrition brand presence.
4. Understand and promote features and benefits of all products.
5. Support existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
6. Conduct category and brand training with retailers and gyms.
7. Assist in re-merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
8. Achieve KPIs through a high-performance field mentality.
9. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
10. Resolve issues proactively and provide feedback for business improvement.
11. Complete administrative tasks efficiently.
12. Understand the retail landscape for strategic advantage.
