We are looking for a Contracts and Negotiation Manager What youll do: Draft, review, edit, and negotiate commercial customer agreements, such as (but not limited to): sales contracts, amendments, reseller agreements, pricing agreements, contract renewals, and customer requests for proposal, etc. Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend innovative solutions and best practices; assess and lead initiatives to improve contracting processes and tools Train and advise commercial teams on agreement structure, templates, risks, and alternatives Ensure compliance to the contracts approval policy and other company policies; solicit buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations Provide training, mentorship, and 2nd-tier support to other contracts team members Who you are: Possess a law degree Have 2 years experience with commercial contract review, redlining, and drafting, including local, regional, and global agreements Have 2 years experience with contract negotiations and external client engagement Demonstrable experience (i) using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative contract solutions, and (ii) prioritizing competing demands from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment Possess advanced writing and communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail; English language fluency Fluent in German is a must It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or life sciences industry Experience using Salesforce.com (SFDC) and/or an SFDC-based contract lifecycle management system Lifelancer ( https://lifelancer.com ) is a talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma and IT.
