These positions will be highly suitable for ECTs looking to develop their teaching practice within special education.
Redwood is a large special school for students with a wide range of complex SEND from 11-19. This is an exciting time for Redwood; demand for places is high and we are continuing to grow and develop our offer. The successful candidate:
* Will be willing to work across all cohorts of the school as required based on the needs of the organisation
* Will have the commitment and motivation to inspire young people with their learning and development
* Will be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation through imaginative and differentiated lessons which meet individual learner needs
* Will possess the emotional and physical resilience necessary when working with young people with a range of complex needs
* Will have the ability to foster good relationships with other staff, pupils, learners and the wider community
* Will be an effective team player with the ability to direct and develop the work of classroom support staff

* Is dedicated to working with learners who have Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
* Is aspiring to be an outstanding teacher with a passion to improve outcomes for all learners
