Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management and Delivery:
* Oversee end-to-end contract management, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and timely delivery of obligations.
* Roll sleeves up mentality to drive day to day operations, coupled with the ability to oversee strategic delivery of the contract.
* Mitigate risks by identifying and resolving contractual issues promptly.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of staff, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with business objectives.
* Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure successful delivery of projects.
* Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
3. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their needs.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for business growth and client retention.
4. Financial Management and P&L Responsibility:
* Monitor the financial performance of contracts, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to contracts.
* Ensure adherence to financial targets and identify areas for cost optimisation.
5. Strategic Planning and Reporting:
* Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing insights into contract performance and opportunities.
* Regularly report to senior leadership on contract performance, risks, and improvement plans.
* Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes in contract management.
