We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to support various areas of our business and facilitate further growth. This role offers a unique and diverse opportunity to directly support our directors and staff, ensuring business effectiveness and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Order entry onto our in-house CRM system.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle product enquiries.
* Perform general administrative duties including monitoring stock levels and answering phone calls.
* Engage in daily business operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Keen to learn and grow within the company.
* Must have access to own transport due to the location of the business park.
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
* Career-minded individual looking for long-term opportunities.
