This role offers a unique and diverse opportunity to directly support our directors and staff, ensuring business effectiveness and efficiency. Day-to-day of the role: Order entry onto our in-house CRM system. Provide excellent customer service and handle product enquiries. Perform general administrative duties including monitoring stock levels and answering phone calls. Engage in daily business operations to ensure smooth functioning. Required Skills & Qualifications: Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Keen to learn and grow within the company. Must have access to own transport due to the location of the business park. Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
