Project Manager - Ross on Wye, Herefordshire
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and growth into various export markets, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their close-knit team.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
2. Develop detailed project plans ensuring successful delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Facilitate LEAN process improvement workshops to drive new ideas.
4. Take ownership of projects to identify efficiency improvements and deliver consistently with key stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Project Management within an FMCG/Manufacturing Environment.
2. Strong Project Management knowledge and methodologies.
3. CAPEX budget knowledge.
4. Strong communication skills across a range of departments and key stakeholders.
5. Mechanical Engineering Degree.
6. Prince2 qualification.
