Role Description
Second line support Engineer. This is a full-time on-site role to fit into our young dynamic team for an Information Technology Support Engineer located in Middlesbrough. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, back-up management and help desk support on a day-to-day basis. Applicant MUST be based in North East area and able to work from our Middlesbrough base.
Experience
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Experience in Information Technology and System Administration
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Salary: from £25k - £35k depending on experience plus bonuses.
