Our client is looking for an Administration Executive to support with the development and growth of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded person to join a growing business.
Main Duties:
1. General administrative support and office management
2. Support key internal partners within the business:
1. Finance
2. Business Development
3. General Operations
3. Updating and managing databases and portals
4. Work with external marketing resources to produce marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, presentations, general marketing, case studies) as required
5. Managing all sales / presentation materials
6. Support with their social media channels
7. Work closely with the management team to deliver lead-generating marketing campaigns
8. Assist the management team with business development activities as required, such as industry or company research, contact discovery, outreach, process management, etc.
9. Supporting with any ad hoc projects such as research tasks, events, special projects, etc.
10. General day-to-day running of the office (i.e., purchasing of office supplies, opening/sorting post, keeping office presentable, monitoring of general housekeeping duties, stationery, greeting guests and offering drinks, etc.)
Key Skills:
1. Technologically savvy with good working knowledge of MS office products
2. The ability to take on responsibility and make decisions
3. Good communication
4. Structured and organised
