A reputable Housing Developer is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team due to expansion. This role is open to a Senior Site Manager who is looking to step up.
Job Duties:
1. Oversee and manage all contracts within the construction projects
2. Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and timelines with suppliers and subcontractors
3. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
4. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
5. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the contract lifecycle
6. Manage budget and financial aspects of contracts
Required Qualifications:
1. SMSTS certification
2. CSCS certification
3. First Aid certification
4. Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Senior Site Manager role within the new build housing sector.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
4. Proven track record of successful contract management
Working Conditions: Office-based with frequent site visits across the Perth, Kinross and South Fife area.
