Job Title: Quality & Compliance Coordinator
Salary: £23,300 - £27,650 per annum
Location: Cambridge/hybrid
Contract: Permanent, Full time – 35 hours per week

In this role, you'll help maintain our centre network, ensuring centres are well-supported and comply with regulations. About the role
As a Quality & Compliance Coordinator you will manage documents and work instructions for Assessment Specialists, handle internal and external queries, and coordinate the dispatch of materials. You will also process expenses and claims and assist in developing and testing new systems, processes, and services as required.
You will support the Cambridge English worldwide centre inspections programme by:
* Planning and coordinating inspections across our Centre Network.
* Planning, conducting and reviewing remote appraisals of exam centres.
* Reviewing inspection report forms to ensure correct ratings are awarded and preparing action plans based on overall ratings.
* Interpreting and applying regulations from the Inspector Handbook, Exam Day Booklet, and Centre Handbook, making regulatory decisions, and advising centres and Assessment Specialists.
* Performing security checks, including analysing exam-related data.
You will also assist external stakeholders by:
* Organising and delivering training for contractors, internal staff, and customers.
* Managing travel arrangements and risks for third-party contractors.
About you
You should be able to:
* Work independently, handling difficult situations calmly and professionally, while managing customer expectations effectively.
* Communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, with people at all levels and demonstrate key behaviours of collaboration, innovation, improvement, and responsibility.
* Plan and organise your workload, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines, while having experience in administrative support, preferably in a customer support environment.
