Key Responsibilities
* Review risk assessments and conduct site audits to ensure safety policies and procedures are followed across contract sites.
* Coach and support staff on HSEQ policies, procedures, and safe systems of work.
* Generate detailed reports summarizing audit findings, compliance levels, risks, and recommendations.
* Coordinate with external auditors, clients, and regulatory bodies to address non-conformities.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance health and safety performance.
* Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and employees to promote proactive HSEQ practices.
* Advise leadership on HSEQ matters to ensure alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
* Provide weekly HSEQ compliance reports, highlighting trends, KPIs, incident rates, and non-compliance issues.
* Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance, including CDM Regulations and Permit to Work systems.
* Identify and escalate non-conformances and potential impacts.
* Assist in preparing comprehensive contract and management reports.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience as an HSEQ Auditor or in a similar role.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
