Operations Administrator x 2 £11.86 per hour Nottingham / Hybrid working Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm Temporary Contract - ASAP start to 31st March 2025 Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading financial services organisation based in Nottingham City Centre. We are looking for 2 Administrators to support the Operations team. What will the role involve? To support in gathering missing information and contributions. Investigating and managing cases to resolve missing payments Actioning case resolution processes which may include written and verbal Client contact Supporting the exits team with managing leavers Processing invoices Producing correspondence and confirmation via email Providing an excellent experience for all Clients whilst working to timescales and productivity benchmarks Recording all contact notes accurately into the CRM system Adhering to company processes and guidelines at all times Other administrative / client support duties as requiredWho are we looking for?
