Job summary The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre are looking to recruit a permanent Clinical Digital Transformation Lead with the opportunity for hybrid working; at home and with days both at our Wirral and Liverpool City Centre sites. This post is suitable for an experienced clinical professional who is passionate about end user satisfaction of clinical systems. The post holder will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of safer healthcare, improving patient outcomes and improving staff experience through the use of Digital Technology and Data. The Clinical Digital Transformation Lead at The Clatterbridge Cancer will be a senior leader within the Digital team, working with and empowering clinical partners to transform cancer services through the use of digital technology. Main duties of the job The role of the Clinical Digital Transformation Lead is towork directly under the leadership of the Chief Nursing Information Officer and collaboratively with other key clinical leadership posts including Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) Chief Pharmacy Information Officer (CPIO). The post holder will be expected to use their clinical experience to support the partnership between the wider Digital Team and clinical colleagues to ensure successful implementation of technology that benefits patient care and achieves expected outcomes. Under the delegation of the Lead Clinical Safety Officer the post holder will also be expected to be responsible for trust wide compliance of the Clinical Risk Management Plan.
