The role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support strategic goals. This newly created position will work closely with the assurance team, external contractors, and the wider business to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
* Collect and cleanse data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Use statistical methods to analyze data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
* Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet data needs and align projects with business objectives.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success and identify improvements.
* Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to enhance organizational data literacy.

* Experience with Power BI.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Clear communication of complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven experience in a data analysis role.
* Understanding of GDPR and Data Protection obligations.
