Responsibilities: Take full control of advertising budgets, focusing on profitability, inventory levels, advertising effectiveness, and collaborating with our in-house creative team. Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies for all 32 Tetrosyl brands on Amazon, aimed at maximizing ROI and achieving sales goals. Show a clear understanding of how Amazon PPC integrates with overall business objectives, driving the Amazon flywheel and contributing to offline sales. Oversee a seven-figure annual advertising budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across various PPC campaigns and ad formats. Analyse advertising performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns in line with monthly budgets. Work closely with our creative team to develop, test, and enhance creative assets for paid marketing initiatives. Stay updated on the latest PPC trends and Amazon advertising developments, applying best practices to campaign management. Create and implement testing strategies to enhance campaign performance and ROI. Prepare and deliver regular reports on PPC campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Requirements: At least 2 years of practical experience in managing Amazon Ads and campaign structures, with a proven history of success. In-depth understanding of all types of Amazon ads and their strategic implementation. Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying intricate strategies and business outcomes to a varied audience.
