We are looking to recruit an assistant property Manager at our newly acquired Sheffield site. The successful applicant will be experienced in property management with a proven sales background.
Being a Customer Service Advisor means making sure the residents who stay with us always feel valued and safe in their environment. As a customer service advisor to residents, you will help deal with resident enquiries, respond to emails, log maintenance issues and work closely with members of the team to ensure the site runs without flaws. You might need to log a maintenance request or sort out a health and safety issue. You will need to be comfortable dealing with resident disputes, handling complaints and rent arrears.
We're looking for a positive, team player who thrives in a get-stuff-done kind of environment. You won't mind rolling your sleeves up, with bags of initiative and great communications skills. You'll have some customer service experience, but that could be in a bar or a hotel or a gym or an ice cream van – we're much more interested in your people skills, personality and potential.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
* Conduct inspections of properties during Tenancies and ensure properties compliance is maintained
* Dealing with any occupier issues appropriately
* Creation of purchase orders/cheque requests/credit notes
* Credit control and rent collection management
* Liaising with accounts over payments and receipts
* Logging and management of maintenance issues and arrange repairs & services
* Control of Administration/Filing
* Responsible for maintaining health and safety on the site
* Onsite sales and marketing
