After successfully placing the Finance Manager 2 years ago, they are now seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the team as the business continues to expand.Your new roleIn your new role as Accounts Assistant, you will be managing accounts payable processes, performing data entry for financial transactions, and maintaining records in Xero accounting software. Other responsibilities include supporting month-end closing activities, preparing documentation and reconciliations, and assisting the finance team with reports and financial analysis. The role requires ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining confidentiality, and responding to internal queries about invoices and payments.
