The transformation you will experience
To provide strategic thinking and leadership on our client’s businesses in order to drive marketing-led growth.
This could be someone with media agency or publisher experience who is keen to flex their strategic thinking and develop into owning and leading clients strategic directions.
Your scope will include:
1. Provide the overall strategic direction for your clients within the Zenith approach.
2. Build strong working relationships with Client, Media and Creative Partners & Internal Stakeholders.
3. Apply a deep understanding of the consumer in response to all communication briefs.
4. Translate consumer understanding into actionable, fact-based, communication strategies.
5. Build quality relationships with key internal and external people.
6. Deliver innovative and proactive solutions in problem solving.
7. Create the vision and strategy and then inspire others to work towards it.
8. Deliver excellence in execution.
9. Contribution to the company e.g. pitches, company meeting.
What you’re looking for
1. A supportive and collaborative culture.

What type of person will be successful in this role
You’ll possess:
1. 4-6 years in a marketing related industry (e.g. marketing, media, advertising, PR) or a related industry with transferable skills (e.g. research, analytics).
2. Worked as part of a team to devise strategies to solve business problems, generate tactics to meet goals and demonstrate success against those goals.
3. A proven track record in pursuing a creative approach to problem solving, and being able to articulate your thinking to persuade others to your point of view.
4. A strong grounding in media planning fundamentals and a deep understanding of the Australian media landscape.
5. Experience using various consumer and brand research and data sources to validate your thinking; demonstrated ability in capturing important insights from research.
