The Role of Plant Operator: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Key responsibilities include: • Operate one of the following machines 360 Excavator Telescopic handler Rotating telescopic handler Dumper • Start up, operate, and shut down machinery according to production schedules. • Regularly inspect and monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs to prevent malfunctions. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE. • Operate control panels and adjust valves and gates to regulate material flow. • Document operational activities and maintenance in logs and generate performance reports. • Collaborate with team members to meet plant goals and improve processes. • Train new operators on procedures and proper use of equipment.
