About the Role:
In this position, you’ll oversee a team of three Business Development Managers and a Marketing Specialist, while playing a key role on the Senior Management Team, shaping policy, strategy, and budgets. You will also work closely with the interior design team to ensure client satisfaction with every project.
The work is diverse, engaging, and rewarding, with a client portfolio spread across the southern half of the UK. Projects include complete refurbishments for high-end hotels, whole-home furnishings for private residential clients, and—most prominently—stunning show homes for national and regional housebuilders.
