Our client is a specialist Financial Service business with newly renovated offices in Bristol. If you are confident, have previous Customer Service experience, enjoy speaking to people and building long-lasting relationships, this role is perfect!
What you'll be doing
* Continuously supporting customers and brokers where needed.
* Managing incoming phone calls and web chat enquires.
* Working with new customers to manage their mortgage process.
* Liaising with existing customers to maintain their mortgage.
* Ensuring all customer information is kept up to date.
* Keeping customers informed throughout the process.
What you'll need to apply
* A genuinely confident, bubbly, outgoing personality, that enjoys speaking to new people.
* Previous Customer Service, Sales or similar experienced is beneficial.
