B&W Equine Vets are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our team based at our Breadstone Clinic in Gloucestershire.
This is a part-time permanent position, 24 hours/3 days per week. Working Friday is essential, the two other days are negotiable. Occasional Saturday mornings may be required on a rotational basis, dependent on business need.
We are looking for somebody to provide a professional and efficient reception service to clients and B&W staff alike, ensuring a high standard of both first point customer service and all relevant administration duties. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Responding to all incoming correspondence – either by phone, in person or by email.
2. Managing vets' diaries and booking appointments.
3. Dealing with account queries and payments.
4. General housekeeping.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. A friendly, ‘can-do' attitude is a must and good general IT skills and basic equine knowledge are essential. Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred.
Salary is dependent on skills and experience.
