Clerical Officer required for an immediate start working in Omagh. This is a temporary position for initially 2 months and the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Family & Childcare Team.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a pay rate of £12.31 per hour.
The main duties will include undertaking routine administrative duties, including receiving telephone calls and redirecting to the necessary person, receiving, recording and distributing mail. Arrange diary dates, venues, travel arrangements and hospitality. This may also include minute taking when required.

* 5 GCSE’s all grade C or above to include English
* 1 year administration experience
