Role Description
Reporting to the UK Sales Director, this is a full-time hybrid role for a New Business Development Manager at Trimco Group. The role will be based in Braintree, with work-from-home flexibility. The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
1. Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Experience in market research and analysis
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
7. Knowledge of the industry and market trends would be an advantage.
