The Executive Assistant will work directly in line with the CEO of Regulated Water. The role of an Executive Assistant is to free the Director’s time from organising and administrative tasks so that they can spend maximum time on strategic duties. Position: Executive Assistant Location: Iver Depot, Colnbrook, Berkshire Job Type: Maternity cover - fixed term contract, up to six months Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours Salary: up to £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience (prorated) Benefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (prorated); onsite restaurant; free onsite parking About the Role: Serve as the primary point of contact, handling incoming correspondence and phone queries Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar (consisting of scheduling meetings, appointments and controlling access to the manager / executive) Coordinate and arrange travel, including transportation and accommodation logistics Plan, organise and execute events, conferences and other corporate functions Provide timely reminders to the CEO of key tasks, deadlines and commitments Prepare, compile and format reports, presentations, and correspondence ensuring accuracy and clarity Oversee the management and organisation of databases and filing systems Develop, implement and maintain procedures / administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the client(s) Collate and file expenses, ensuring an accurate and timely submission Perform various ad hoc tasks to support the CEO (e.g. corporate governance reporting [to ensure that the business is being run effectively and complying with legislation and regulations] or conducting research) Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings every Friday and any ad hoc meetings when required, which may involve minute taking Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them Any other reasonable ad hoc duties, tasks or projects requested by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) or CEO of Regulated Water So if you enjoy delivering only the best in customer service, where no two days are the same and want to join a growing company that not only values you and your ability - but also strives to develop your potential and further your career progression, then we are the right Company for you. Previous experience in a similar role is crucial. A full UK driver's licence is a must as you will need to travel between Slough, Guildford and Brighton, depending on the needs of the CEO. Being able to prioritise and multitask whilst building working relationships is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required as is excellent verbal and written communication.
