Meet the client:
Our client is a lovely friendly lady, who lives in a quiet area in Redditch with her son and her cat.
She is spinal cord injury client needing support with Tracheostomy, ventilator, personal care with manual handling using hoist and sliding sheets. She loves gardening and values transparency, respect from her support workers and to each other. The ideal candidate will mirror her views of the importance of teamwork and kindness.
When you'll be working: Fully flexible for Day Shifts & Night Shifts 8am - 8pm & 8pm - 8am Full time or Part Time available
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our female client with a spinal cord injury and complex health needs in her own home.This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.
No previous experience required
as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
Due to the location of the clients home a driver is essential for this role.
