Your new role
Hays is currently recruiting for a cover supervisor to work in some great schools in the North Devon area. If you have experience working with young people within a secondary setting, this could be the role for you. You will be responsible for supporting students and supervising lessons where work is pre-set. You will be covering a variety of lessons across age groups, meaning no two days are the same. You may also be required to work with small groups and lead one-to-one sessions. No planning or marking is required for this role. In addition, full-time or part-time work patterns are available.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need to have teaching experience from within the last 5 years, from which we would need to obtain references. We will also need to see some documents for ourpliance process, which includes eligibility to work in the UK, proof of identification, and proof of address. Hays can run you a new DBS if you require.
Demonstrating professional conduct at all times is essential, which includes adhering to all safeguarding policies. We wee applicants who are currently working for other agencies and can offer guaranteed contracts, offering financial security.
