Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Programme.
* Handle direct customer queries efficiently and professionally.
* Make outbound calls to customers to confirm receipt of documents and request signature.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and programme activities.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a programme or project environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Experience in engaging with suppliers and procurement teams.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior leadership.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer service role.
* Familiarity with ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) processes and terminology.
* Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
