Teaching Assistant in Early Years & Wrap Around Care
Merchant Taylors' Prep is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to join our dedicated Pre-Prep (EYFS) team. This exciting role spans the EYFS during the school day and includes involvement in our dynamic before and after-school care provision .
What We Are Looking For: We are searching for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual who brings strong communication skills, a passion for early childhood education, and a genuine commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate will be proactive, supportive, and invested in nurturing our young learners. A strong knowledge of the Early Learning Goals and Development Matters, with recent experience in an outstanding Early Years setting, is required.
Position Details:
Hours : 7:15 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only fixed term maternity contract Feb 2025-Feb 2026, with the potential to extend subject to performance and school requirements.
Salary : Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
