HR & Payroll Operations Manager – £90-100K plus bonus – 12 month FTC – Marble Arch
My client is a leading financial services firm with a reputation for excellence in all that they do.
Due to a maternity cover, they are seeking a HR & Payroll Operations Manager to join them on a 12 month FTC.
To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must:
1. Have a proven track record of both HR operations experience and UK payroll experience
2. Have had exposure to global mobility and shadow payrolls
3. Be confident to liaise with a cross section of stakeholders
4. Have a lead by example management approach
5. Ability to think strategically and be adaptable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
6. Have experience of payrolling benefits
7. Intermediate level of Excel
8. Strong HR ops background with a desire to constantly evolve both team performance as well as continuous improvement within the function
9. Be flexible to work from the office 3 days per week
10. Availability to start in January/February
Experience within financial/professional services will be highly regarded.
