Your New Role
This is a unique position, offering an exciting blend of HR and Executive assistance. Reporting directly into the MD, you will provide support in external communications, diary management, travel and providing weekly priority reports. In terms of HR, this is a end to end role, where you will assist with recruitment / on-boarding, off-boarding, keeping the HR system up to date, working on Benefits, Payroll and training. There will also be event management also involved in this opportunity.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally, you will possess demonstrable experience within a similar role. A minimum of 3 years working within HR and/or an EA role is highly desirable. You will be an effective communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent organisation and attention to detail. A self-starter who takes immense pride in their work, who is also discreet when required.
