Join our passionate Data Warehousing team and play a key role in building and scaling our data environment. You'll work across a modern tech stack (think AWS Redshift, Matillion, Python, and more), integrating raw data from sales, supply chain, and clickstreams into a world-class data warehouse that powers everything from BI reporting to marketing automation and customer personalisation. You'll be at the heart of our Data & Analytics organisation, collaborating closely with teams in Data Engineering, BI, Data Science, and Product Analytics. This is a high-impact role where you'll own critical ELT workflows, craft scalable data models, and help define the future of data at H&B. What you'll be doing: Integrating raw data sources across the business Building and scaling our Redshift-based data warehouse Designing and maintaining robust ELT pipelines using Matillion Developing data models and cubes for BI and analytics Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions Key requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data warehousing, ideally in e-commerce Expert-level SQL and strong data modelling skills Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift preferred) Proficiency in Python and general tech-savviness (e.g. Git, Docker, NoSQL, APIs) A proactive, self-motivated mindset with great communication skills Nice to have: Exposure to serverless stacks (Lambda, Kinesis, etc.) BI and data visualisation experience What we offer: Pension company contribution 3% Incentive scheme up to 10% of annual salary, based on company performance.
