We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Technical Executive to join our team in Chichester. This role will be responsible for order processing and liaising with production teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and to support in the technical activities of the business, collating data and managing daily activities while supporting the team to deliver service and quality to both external & internal customers. Key Responsibilities for our Sales Administrator: Receiving & processing of sales orders - ensuring that delivery locations, pallet volumes, branch/plants are correct and amended as necessary, including occasional evening and weekend amendments/additions. Manage the end-to-end process for sales orders received ensuring that any amendments are carried out and communicated to internal and external teams. Including booking of distribution where necessary. Manage weekly invoicing - checking weight returns, completing invoicing on JDE to ensure that finished goods prices match customer's sales orders received and that invoicing quantity is correct. Ensure that technical data (rejections, sampling etc.) and KPI information is always kept up to date and disseminated internally. Manage all customer complaints, consolidating, trending to support quality improvements and responding to customer complaints. Understand all customer technical systems and support the teams to ensure that they are all kept up to date, including maintaining the contact details, alerts, due-diligence, audit responses, risk assessments and specifications.
