We're seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Recognition Operations Manager to join our Cambridge-based team. This pivotal role is at the heart of our global recognition initiatives, ensuring that our qualifications maintain their market-leading position. You'll be instrumental in delivering and optimising recognition projects, systems, and processes, enabling business growth and exceptional customer experiences.
About The Role
You will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of global recognition projects across multiple product lines. Your responsibilities will include creating an evolving operational structure, driving operational excellence, and delivering first-class services to Recognising Organisations (ROs) and customers.
You will work closely with various teams, including Commercial, Marketing, and IT, to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet time, cost, and quality requirements. Additionally, you will manage data analytics and reporting, support budget management, and coordinate with consultants and agencies to achieve our objectives.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of operational processes and a proven track record in operations management. You should have experience driving and embedding operational change, implementing process improvements, and managing data analysis.
Knowledge of the UK and International educational sector, industry-specific regulations, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are a must. You should be a collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to lead with authenticity and motivation.
