About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established business that values precision, efficiency, and teamwork. They are looking for a versatile Accounts Assistant/Administrator who can support their finance and administrative functions, contributing to their continued growth and success.
Tasks
* Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, including management accounts and statements.
* Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
* Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve invoice and payment queries.
* Manage and update internal databases and systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
* Provide general office support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar accounts assistant or administrative role is preferred.
* Experience with Sage software is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
