SEI is seeking to hire an Account Administration Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you will do:
Key Objectives:
1. Execute daily static data functions, to open/close accounts and maintain account data on the main platform.
2. Work with the client reporting team to support statement communications.
3. Liaise with client service team to support client queries and bulk change project requests.
4. Analyse suspicious activity alerts and reported incidents escalated by Operations Teams.
5. Analyse potential prohibited party watch list matches escalated by Operations Teams.
6. Conduct periodic testing and observation of operational AML procedures.
7. Review Customer Due Diligence information.
8. Support in the ongoing due diligence efforts and periodic AML certifications.
9. Act as oversight & query management for offshore teams.
Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
1. Review, analyze, and enter client and account information into the Platform as instructed by SEI clients.
2. Processing of client instructions in relation to closing accounts and deceased processing.
3. Provide the highest level of quality possible when completing a client request.
4. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy.
5. Quality Assure other Analysts’ work. Appropriately identify errors, provide feedback, identify trends and/or contributing factors, and recommend solutions.
6. Develop an in-depth understanding of the UK Wealth Management market.
7. Identify processing issues to ensure accurate completion of the submitted request and provide value added servicing.
8. Develop a deep understanding of the current compliance related rules that govern the Financial Services Industry including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Suspicious Activity.
9. Research, analyze and resolve exceptions.
10. Participate in departmental projects to improve the current processes and/or systems as directed by the Account Administration Team Manager.

Employees will maintain a good understanding of applicable policies, procedures, risk appetites and tolerance relevant to their function and or business unit, and are expected to consider current and potential risks when making or informing business decisions. Employees are responsible for the accurate and timely escalation and recording of incidents associated to relevant risks. In addition, employees are responsible for completing all required Risk Management training.

3. Knowledge of the securities processing industry.
4. Knowledge of Excel and Word for Windows.

6. Effectively coordinate, perform and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and in a timely manner.
