The lawyers run a high-value Multi Track caseload and deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview to trial, including cases issued in the Royal Courts of Justice, London. Another key element of the role is the implementation of effective and efficient methods of supervision across the team, ensuring delivery of best practice in client care and through motivation and development, full implementation of case management standards across the practice area.
Representing claimants and victims of asbestos exposure, our lawyers demonstrate care, understanding, and sensitivity to clients who are terminally ill or family members impacted by exposure to asbestos.
