* Hours: Part Time – 12 – 18 hours per week (3 - 9pm two or three days per week)

You will be part of our Youth Support team, delivering community-based youth work across Southampton and Eastleigh Borough. Through detached youth work, open access play sessions, and centre-based sessions, you will be involved in the delivery of a range of activities and services including sports and games, arts and crafts, life skills workshops, information, advice, and guidance. Services will support young people to develop their social and emotional capabilities, make safe, informed choices, address issues they are facing, and engage with informal learning.
This position requires a dynamic, enthusiastic, and flexible person with experience of working with young people. You must have the ability to provide ongoing support for young people and be able to plan, run, and monitor group activities.
Regular evening and occasional weekend working will be required.

We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a difference to the lives of children and young people. You will need to be flexible, creative, and caring and have previous experience of working with young people.
