Working Pattern: Monday - Wednesday 8.00am - 4.00pm (30 min lunch break)

Duties:
Filing, Scanning, and Printing, Keeping documents organised and accessible
Supporting the Customer Care and Sales teams with various administrative tasks.
Ordering Signage and Office Stationery.
Ensure the teams have the materials they need to succeed.
Raising Invoices and help maintain our financial records with accuracy.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
High level of professionalism and adaptability.
