We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Regulatory Manager to join our team at Domino’s UK & IRL. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of regulatory compliance related to our food products, ensuring adherence to local, national, and international food safety and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless compliance throughout the production process. As the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and industry bodies, you will foster strong relationships and ensure timely communication of regulatory updates. By staying informed about the latest developments in food regulations, you will proactively communicate changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring the company remains compliant. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Success in this role looks like:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hands-on food regulatory role within the food services environment.
* A degree or qualification in Food Regulatory Affairs, Food Science, or a related field.
* Comprehensive understanding of basic food safety principles, allergens, and risk assessment methodologies such as HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP.
* Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
* Previous line management experience is desirable but not essential.
