3rd Line Support Analyst - Sheffield - £40K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector is looking for a 3rd Line Support Analyst to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing infrastructure support for technical configuration of hardware, software, and services, and give in-depth technical support to ensure their networking and infrastructure maintains a high level of availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the successful delivery of new infrastructure services.
2. Resolving 2nd/3rd line support calls, supporting junior members of staff, and assisting the Service Desk team.
3. Experienced providing service/support to a 1000+ user base.
4. Evaluating network and service performance by utilizing monitoring tools and troubleshooting procedures.
5. Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Protocols, and printer sharing.
6. Strong Networking skills: LAN / WAN / Switches / Routers / Firewalls.
7. Design, build, and deploy new network solutions with emphasis on security, reliability, and scalability.
