RECRUITMENT AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
MAIN TASKS
* Source and screen applicants
* Schedule and carry out interviews
* Maintain accurate employee records using a Single Central Register.
* Process accurate weekly staff lists.
* Archive all centre recruitment documentation and chase outstanding compliance documents.
* Update summer staffing document accurately.
* Comply with GDPR and Data Protection regulations, as well as our accreditation guidelines.
* Respond to Recruitment email and telephone enquiries
* Respond to all queries using a customer-orientated approach.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Over 6 months of administration experience.
* Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
* Demonstrable ability to learn quickly and multitask.
* Strong and professional communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
* Proficient time management skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to use discretion when handling confidential personal information.
* Eligible to work in the UK and 18 years old or over.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
* Relevant undergraduate degree
* Previous experience of managing a large inbox
* Previous compliance experience
* Knowledge of safeguarding students under 18 years old.

KEY FACTS
* Based in Burchetts Green, Berkshire.
* Hybrid Working
* Reports to Recruitment Manager
* 37.5 hours per week with one hour unpaid lunch
* Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00.
* Weekend work required on a rota basis.
