The Managing Undernutrition South Tees (MUST) service are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to improve the overall nutrition and hydration of people living in elderly, learning disabilities and mental health care homes across South Tees.
The successful candidates will contribute to improving standards of care by delivering training and support for care home staff to increase their knowledge and awareness of nutrition and dehydration. You will be responsible for a group of care homes, where you will support the implementation of the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool and package of care to meet resident’s nutritional needs. You will work to improve nutrition related health outcomes across South Tees and will contribute to Middlesbrough Council’s objectives to improve health and wellbeing and tackle health inequalities.
