Helpdesk Manager – Facilities – Up to 35,000 + Package
We are recruiting for a growing organisation who are looking for a Helpdesk Service Manager to work in their head office on their Service Helpdesk. The role involves managing the UK wide remote field-based Engineers, workload scheduling, planning PPM works, reactive callouts, procurement, travel, and other tasks.
This role is a full-time office-based position, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings required.

Helpdesk Service Coordinator - Requirements
* Experience running a busy helpdesk - Desirable
* Scheduling of Engineers' workloads - Desirable
* Full Driving Licence – Desirable
* IT Skills and Reporting - Desirable
This position would suit someone with experience in Facilities Management, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Hire organisations, or similar industries.
