The Role: As a Graphic Designer / Embroidery & Print Production Operative, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of creative and hands-on tasks. While the role primarily focuses on digitisation and graphic design, you will also assist in testing embroidery and print files, supporting production, and interacting with customers to ensure top-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers and team members to conceptualise and execute design projects. Create and test embroidery stitch files, ensuring they are production-ready. Design and edit artwork for Digital print and Embroidery. Prepare and maintain an organised library of design assets. Operate the latest production equipment, including DTF printers, plotters and embroidery machines. Assist with the printing and embroidery of garments while maintaining quality control. Interact with customers via email and phone to ensure satisfaction and verify address and order details. Who We’re Looking For: We’re searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about design and eager to contribute to a fast-growing company. Skills & Experience: Experience using embroidery digitising software such as Pulse DG17 or Ethos. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong IT skills with a focus on design. Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality output. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers. Basic knowledge of sewing techniques or previous experience in a warehouse/production environment is a plus.
