We also work with clients on PR, Creative and Digital Marketing, based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom.We are seeking a strategic, client-focused, and results-driven Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a consultative approach to client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities, including exploring new markets and acquiring new clients.Generate sales leads, schedule appointments, and build relationships with potential clients.Meet and exceed sales targets with a strong motivation to succeed.Negotiate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse client types.Manage senior-level relationships and deliver persuasive presentations both over the phone and in person.Utilize CRM systems to track progress, create sales forecasts, and manage client interactions.Work independently and collaboratively within small teams, organising and prioritising tasks under pressure.Key Requirements:Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, particularly in B2B sales.Demonstrated ability to prospect new business, including cold outreach and LinkedIn engagement.Excellent organisational skills, timekeeping, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, outside-the-box approach.A confident and personable demeanour, capable of building rapport quickly with clients.If you're a motivated individual with an appetite for growth and a passion for driving business success, we'd love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timeCompetitive salary,: Dependent on experienceAdditional pay:Bonus schemeCommission paySchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Business development: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: Office based in Manchester
