Job Description:
Job Duties:
* Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans
* Support students with their learning activities
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed
* Assist in managing student behaviour
Required Qualifications:
* HLTA qualification
* Knowledge of National Curriculum
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
* Additional relevant qualifications in Education or Childcare are desirable
Experience:
* Prior experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
* Experience working with students with special educational needs is advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Positive learning support skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certificate in Teaching Assistance or similar qualification
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Work in a school environment
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
* May require occasional additional hours for school events or meetings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
