About the Job As an Implementation Consultant at Nourish, you will be a brand ambassador pivotal in ensuring our customers receive exceptional training and support as they onboard our solution. Your role involves leading customers through tailored implementation processes, collaborating with internal teams, and providing hands-on training. Additionally, this role requires flexibility to travel to customer sites for personalised support and training sessions. The role and your responsibilities Taking handovers from the sales team, working closely with the Business Development Managers to understand customer context and markers of a successful deployment. Conduct thorough scoping sessions to assess customer needs and recommend customised configurations following best practice and sector standards. Collaborate on infrastructure requirements to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Provision services for successful implementation aligned with project goals. Deliver comprehensive training sessions on software functionalities, workflows, and best practices. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing technical or functional challenges. Independently manage implementation processes for assigned customers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Liaise with the hardware team, ensuring that hardware is scheduled in good time for delivery. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and feature adoption to enhance productivity. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimise platform usage and drive customer success. Where the PMO is driving assigned customer deployments, work closely with the project manager to understand project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. On completion of a customer implementation, prepare a handover to the Customer Success team ensuring that learnings and context are fully understood. Keep accurate records on our CRM (Hubspot). Required experience A passion for the Health and Social Care sector. Previous exposure implementing or onboarding SaaS products. Experience in delivering training face-to-face and remotely. Consultative mindset, understanding customer need and recommending appropriate solutions. Demonstrable ability in quickly learning new software packages and a thirst to enable others. Excellent workload management and prioritisation skills. Strong interpersonal skills, able to adjust style for a variety of audiences and stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
