Responsibilities:
* Oversee the operations of 5 care homes and 2 Home Care branches.
* Work closely with the group Managing Director and back office team.
* Implement strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and standards.
Minimum Requirements:
* Elderly care management experience and a level 5 leadership and management qualification are essential.
* Willingness to travel throughout Scotland is essential.
* Bonus: Background as a nurse and/or experience running nursing as well as residential homes.
