Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Creative Artworker with strong digital campaign experience to join a specialist creative agency in Bedfordshire, who work with range of exciting brands in the food, beverage & hospitality industries. In the main, your role will be rolling out high volume digital ad campaigns that you will oversee in terms of process, quality, and organisation. This is a permanent role, hybrid 3 office days in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. Salary £40k-£45k, depending on experience.

About the Role
As Senior Creative Artworker, you will be part of a multidisciplinary creative team led by a Creative Director. You’ll create production ready assets, preparing design files to a digital reprographic standard ready for pre-press production, all delivered to the highest possible standards of brand implementation across a variety of mediums - digital, social, GDN, print and packaging assets. As a senior member of the team, you will impart your knowledge and experience to your colleagues as required. You will be responsible for quality check work for accuracy and consistency across the team. You will also contribute to developing systems and processes for elevating standards and greater studio efficiency.
About You
You have agency experience as a creative artworker and have strong design awareness, typographic and layout skills. You have meticulous attention to detail, strong technical and print production knowledge, and a huge passion for crafting beautiful design layouts for digital and print. You have experience in digital advertising with excellent knowledge of GDN, social and banner advertising, and know how to get maximum quality with minimum file sizes. Working across numerous campaign assets you’ll keep everything consistent, accurate and organised. You are highly organised and are used to creating processes and quality checking work. You adapt easily to project changes and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met. You are well versed with the core Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Microsoft PowerPoint.
